Welcome to Astrojano. This website and its services are owned and operated by Vone Academy, a registered enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

By accessing our website, interacting with our conversational AI engine, or purchasing our digital credit packs and premium reports, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

Astrojano provides automated astrological insights, life path analysis, and chronological forecasting reports using generative artificial intelligence and established Vedic astrology principles. All services are delivered entirely digitally via the user's dashboard interface or registered email address.

2. User Account & Onboarding Data

To access personalized insights, you must register by providing accurate birth metrics (date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you toggle the "Time Unknown" fallback feature, the platform will execute alternate predictive mathematical frameworks based on relative planetary configurations.

3. Credit & Token Ecosystem

Upon successful account registration, new users may receive up to 5 complimentary chat interactions ("Free Chats") to test engine accuracy.

Post completion of the 5 free chats, the chat entry terminal locks automatically. To resume access, users must purchase designated Credit Packs or Premium Report Passes listed on the pricing dashboard.

Credits are deducted dynamically based on the complexity of the response mode selected (e.g., Short Response Mode vs. Long Response Mode). Credits hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for physical currency.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Astrojano provides tools for self-reflection, planning, and strategic cognitive alignment. Astrology is an interpretive discipline. Astrojano makes no absolute operational guarantees regarding exact real-world outcomes. Our digital outputs do not substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological counsel.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website, its tokens, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
