Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Astrojano. This website and its services are owned and operated by Vone Academy, a registered enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("Astrojano," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, interacting with our AI chat engine, or purchasing our digital credit packs and premium reports, you ("user," "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Nature of Service

Astrojano is an artificial intelligence platform that provides automated astrological insights, life-path narratives, and forecasting reports generated using generative AI models trained on Vedic astrology principles. All outputs are generated by software, not by a licensed human astrologer or any certified professional. All services are delivered digitally via the user's dashboard interface or registered email address.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase services on Astrojano. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the free tier only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Astrojano does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

3. User Account & Onboarding Data

To access personalized insights, you must register by providing accurate birth metrics (date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you enable the "Time Unknown" fallback feature, the platform will apply alternate predictive frameworks based on relative planetary configurations.

4. Credit & Token Ecosystem

Upon successful account registration, new users may receive up to 5 complimentary chat interactions ("Free Chats") to evaluate the platform.

Once the 5 free chats are used, the chat terminal locks automatically. To continue, users must purchase a Credit Pack or Premium Report Pass listed on the pricing page.

Credits are deducted based on the response mode selected (e.g., Short Response Mode vs. Long Response Mode). Credits hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be resold, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any physical currency.

5. Subscription & Auto-Renewal (Elite Unlimited Pass)

The Elite Unlimited Pass is a recurring monthly subscription. By purchasing this plan, you authorize Astrojano and its payment gateway partner to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

You will be notified by email/SMS at least 24 hours before each recurring charge, in accordance with RBI e-mandate guidelines. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of an active cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Astrojano to submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content, to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our underlying AI models, or to misuse the platform in any way that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All underlying prompts, software, algorithms, and generated text outputs remain the intellectual property of Vone Academy. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated outputs solely for individual, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content generated by Astrojano without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Astrojano provides tools for self-reflection, planning, and strategic thinking. Astrology is an interpretive discipline, and outputs are generated by AI software. Astrojano makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of predictions or real-world outcomes. Our outputs do not substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vone Academy's total liability for any claim arising from use of this platform is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Grievance Redressal

Any complaints or grievances regarding the platform, payments, or content may be raised with our Grievance Officer (see the Contact & Grievance Officer page). We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 working days.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent, seated in Hyderabad, Telangana. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Clause 10 above, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice.
