Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Astrojano. Because our platform delivers digital cloud architecture and instant predictive services, Vone Academy maintains a clear and explicit policy regarding payments and monetization.

1. Digital Services & Immediate Consumption

Astrojano provides digital credits (token packs) and dynamically generated premium PDF reports (e.g., The Scholar's Compass, Corporate Ascent, Fortune Threshold).

Once a user completes a purchase transaction and credits are added to their wallet balance, or a premium report is unlocked, the digital asset is considered delivered and consumed immediately.

2. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the intangible nature of automated AI generations and the instant delivery of data processing, we do not issue refunds or cancellations once a credit pack has been purchased or used.

To protect consumers and allow them to verify the precision and accuracy of our engine before making financial commitments, we offer the first 5 chat interactions completely free of charge. We strongly encourage users to fully utilize these free chats to evaluate the service before selecting a paid package.

3. Duplicate Transactions & Technical Errors

In the rare event that money is deducted from your bank account/UPI wallet but credits fail to reflect on your dashboard due to a payment gateway latency issue, please contact us immediately at support@astrojano.in with your payment screenshot. If a proven duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical glitch, the excess amount will be rolled back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 working days via our payment gateway partner.
